  • Who will be my point of contact at Landscape America?
    At Landscape America, you are assigned a dedicated account manager who will be your one point of contact for any needs or questions you have year round.
  • What is your service area?
    Most of Massachusetts, up to but not past the Worcester area, and Rhode Island.
  • How many people work for Landscape America?
    We have over 100 landscape professionals in our company.
  • What type of services or enhancements do you offer?
    We offer services from landscape management to seasonal décor. To learn more about what we offer, check out our services page.
  • What is the communication process for snow?
    You will get an email communication of our plan prior to every event and continuous communication throughout larger events. Your dedicated account manager is your one point of contact for any needs or questions, year round.
  • What is the difference between seasonal vs. incremental snow?
    Seasonal snow is one set price for a set amount of inches/saltings per year, billed at an equal amount each month. Incremental snow will be based on a 3rd party weather service’s snowfall totals and billed for whatever increment snowfall falls under. Typical increments can be 1-2.99”, 3-5.99”, etc.
  • Do you offer safety training to your team members?
    Yes! Each week we offer a different topic in safety training which is reviewed and signed off by all crew members.
