You will get an email communication of our plan prior to every event and continuous communication throughout larger events. Your dedicated account manager is your one point of contact for any needs or questions, year round.

Seasonal snow is one set price for a set amount of inches/saltings per year, billed at an equal amount each month.
Incremental snow will be based on a 3rd party weather service’s snowfall totals and billed for whatever increment snowfall falls under. Typical increments can be 1-2.99”, 3-5.99”, etc.

Yes! Each week we offer a different topic in safety training which is reviewed and signed off by all crew members.
