Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand crew goals for the day

• Continually improve on skills and education

• Using materials and tools efficiently

• Follow systems

• Understand which tools to use in specific circumstances

• Respect tools and equipment and don’t damage or break them

• Work Safely

• Follow safety guidelines

• Wear PPE

• Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting company image

• Make sure trucks and equipment are being cleaned daily

• Pass down company culture and professionalism

• Keep a positive attitude
