The previous vendor was inexpensive, but provided subpar service. Eventually, dangerous conditions for elderly families and employees during the winter combined with a lack of landscaping knowledge led to the client exploring other options.

the solution
We found a few ways to save the client some money without sacrificing quality or safety. We had our crew direct report to site and worked with the client to store equipment/salt on site. During the landscaping season, we found several acres of lawn that looked better with monthly mowing instead of weekly. Finally, we dedicated three crew members to the site, which allowed them to focus on making sure this property was safe and well-maintained. They learned when employees arrived, which entrances were used, and prioritized accordingly.

We’ve been on the property for over 4 years and helped increase the value of their asset.
